Agencies and freelancers
Use Clics with clients: one workspace or one workspace per client, invite clients as members, and keep billing separate when needed.
Clics does not ship a separate agency or white-label product. You can still run client work with workspaces, unlimited members (on paid plans), and multiple projects.

Choose an ownership model
One workspace per client
Create a workspace for each client, add their sites as projects, and invite the client as admin or member.

One agency workspace, all client sites
Keep all client projects in a single workspace you own.
- Simpler day to day
- You handle billing for everything
- Everyone invited to the workspace can see all projects (no per-site guests)
Use this only when that shared visibility is acceptable.
Hand off by inviting the client as admin
During the project, you stay admin. When you hand off, invite the client as admin so they can manage billing, team, and projects. You can stay as a member or leave the workspace.
There is no “transfer project to another workspace” button. To fully move a client into their own workspace, create (or have them create) a new workspace and install tracking / recreate goals there.
Share access with clients

Clics does not offer password-protected shared dashboard links or guest access to a single project only.
Manage multiple sites
- Add each site as a project in the workspace (Pro: up to 10 projects; Business and Enterprise: unlimited)
- Use the project switcher in the dashboard to move between sites
- Invite your team once at the workspace level
Billing across clients
If each client needs their own subscription and invoices, use one workspace per client. Each workspace is billed independently. See Billing.
