Team
Manage your Clics workspace team: members, roles, billing, API keys, and workspace settings from the dashboard.
Team settings control what is shared across everyone in your workspace: membership, subscription, and API keys. They are separate from Account settings, which control your personal login and preferences.
In Clics, the tenancy unit is a workspace (organization under the hood). The Team page is where you invite and manage people in that workspace.
Open team settings
- Sign in to the dashboard
- Open Settings from your avatar menu, or click Invite in the header to jump to Team
- Use the settings tabs:
| Tab | Path | What it controls |
|---|---|---|
| General | Settings → General | Workspace name, notification emails, organization ID, delete workspace |
| Account | Settings → Account | Your profile, password, MFA, sessions |
| Team | Settings → Team | Invite members, roles, remove people |
| Billing | Settings → Billing | Plan, volume, subscription |
| API keys | Settings → API keys | Workspace API keys (active trial and paid plans) |
| Invoices | Settings → Invoices | Invoice history |
What’s in workspace and team settings
General
- Rename your workspace
- Set main contact and weekly digest email preferences
- Copy your organization ID (for support)
- Delete the workspace (admin only; removes projects and data)
See also Billing if you need to change plan after renaming or restructuring workspaces.
Team
- Invite members by email
- Assign and change roles (admin or member)
- Remove members
Full details: Invite members.
Subscription
- View and manage the workspace subscription on Settings → Billing
- Upgrade, change volume, or open the customer portal
See Billing for plans, trials, and API access.
API keys
- Create and manage API keys for the REST API, MCP, and CLI
- Requires an active trial or paid plan and admin role
See Authentication and Billing.
Danger zone
- Delete workspace (admin): permanently remove the workspace, projects, and collected analytics for that workspace
Multiple workspaces
You can belong to more than one workspace with a single login. Use the workspace switcher in the header to switch, or choose Create Workspace to start another one.
Each workspace has its own team, projects, billing, and API keys.
SSO
SSO and SCIM are available on Enterprise plans. Contact contact@clics.dev to set them up. There is no self-serve SSO screen in Settings today.
